They will always be available in Portuguese, English or Spanish at www.evoraticket.pt for consultation, archiving or printing, and may be modified at any time, so it is always the user's responsibility to read them whenever starting a purchase.

In addition the user will find here all the necessary information on the procedures to be followed when purchasing products from the site, such as the terms and conditions or the return and cancellation policy.

The website is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. At any time the user can select the language preferred, either for the purchase of a ticket or for browsing www.evoraticket.pt.

The website www.evoraticket.pt provides an online shopping service, available 24 hours a day, where the user can conveniently buy the single ticket that permits entry to the various locations in the Évora Museum Network, namely:

Using the intermediary website www.evoraticket.pt, the website owner offers the sale service through www.bol.pt. This consists of the advance sale of the single ticket mentioned above, facilitating the purchase of the products described in the previous paragraph, and managing their distribution on behalf of the promoter. The general conditions of the intermediary service can be consulted at www.bol.pt/Ajuda/CondicoesGerais.

When using the website, it assigns the status of user and assumes acceptance of the provisions included in the Conditions of Use, as published by the owner.

The User declares that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to act and contract on the Web in accordance with these conditions, which he/she fully declares to understand and accept.

The User is responsible for providing all data correctly in the purchase processes on the website www.evoraticket.pt, as an intermediary for www.bol.pt, and must pay special attention to the inputting of bank details and personal details.

The website www.evoraticket.pt, in accordance with its Privacy Policy , undertakes to respect confidentiality in its use of data, as well as to fulfill its obligation to maintain data and adopt all measures to avoid alterations, loss, unauthorized treatment or access, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation in relation to the protection of personal data.
3. Minors
In the case of purchases made by minors, www.evoraticket.pt is not responsible for the accuracy and validity of the data filled in by the user and, therefore, cannot verify with absolute certainty the age of the same. For this reason, it will not assume any responsibility for people who do not comply with the regulations.
4. Conditions and use of the service
The online purchase service offered by the website www.evoraticket.pt and described above is detailed, providing the user with all information about the price of each ticket at all times. The information consultation service offered through the website is free.

Once the ticket has been purchased, its value will not be changed or refunded, except for the reasons provided in the current terms.

The use of the electronic payment system for the purchase of tickets, when any of the following circumstances occur, will constitute a crime of electronic fraud:
  • Whenever the user provides false information  or the card number used as a means of payment is false.
  • Whenever the user uses personal data that does not belong to the buyer.
  • Whenever the user provides card numbers that do not correspond to those of the buyer, without their authorization.
  • Whenever the user takes the cardholder's data.
  • Whenever the user uses card numbers generated with computer programmes or similar algorithms.
5. Purchase process
The purchase process consists of the following procedures:
  • Product selection: browse the site selecting the type of ticket you want to buy from those offered (1 day, 2 days or 3 days).
  • Beginning the purchase process: Press the ‘buy’ button, at which point you are automatically redirected to the website www.bol.pt, which will be responsible for the purchase process and for sending the products.
  • Choose the date: after selecting the product, choose the date for the visit (in the case of one-day tickets) or the date on which you want to start the visit (in the case of two or three-day tickets).
  • Choose the quantity: after selecting the date, choose the quantity of tickets you want to buy by clicking on the required number (choose between 1 and 10).
  • Enter personal data: enter the necessary personal data correctly: name, address and email.
  • Payment method selection: select the payment method from all the options.
  • Acceptance of terms and conditions: if you agree with the terms and conditions, accept them and press the ‘buy’ button.
  • Verification of the purchased product: After paying, you will receive the electronic ticket by email, as well as proof of payment.
6. Cancellation policy
Returning purchased tickets is not permitted. The inability to use them or any errors in their purchase are not reasons for their return.

The user cannot exercise the right of cancellation, according to current  consumer and e-commerce legislation.
7. Applicable legislation and modification of the general conditions
These Conditions of Use will expressly regulate the relationships between the owner of the website www.evoraticket.pt and the third parties (hereinafter “users”) who contract through the website mentioned above.

The website www.evoraticket.pt can modify these Conditions of Use at any time, so it is the user's responsibility to read it whenever making a purchase.

In situations not provided for within this contract, the current applicable law for the purchase and sale of electronic and remote transactions will be applied, with any necessary adaptations. This website was created in accordance with Portuguese Law.
